Yes, all of our oil paintings are custom-made. You can tailor the dimensions, framing, color palette, and specific details to suit your space. Please send your required dimensions, color references, photos of the room, or inspirational images to info@vuraart.com, and our support team will get in touch with you shortly.

Simply leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order. Our team will confirm the details with you before production begins.

How long will it take for me to receive my work?
As each painting requires meticulous craftsmanship and sufficient drying time, please refer to the following schedule: the estimated total delivery timeframe is 10 to 17 business days.
Production time (5–7 business days): This stage covers the hand-painting of your order by professional artists, as well as the time required for the paint to fully cure to ensure safe packaging.
Shipping time (5–10 business days): Once dispatched, items are typically delivered by reputable, high-quality logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express. -
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@vuraart.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Please provide your order number, clear photos or a video of the item, and photographs of the packaging. This will help us quickly review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund, if eligible.
